School Enrollment Form: IF you attend the following schools, you may have this form completed by a member of the school administration team to verify that you are enrolled in that school. The boundary map is below and includes the following school systems: Cloverleaf Elementary, Allatoona Elementary, Emerson Elementary, Cartersville Primary, Cartersville Elementary, Cartersville Middle School, or Woodland Middle School.

What if my child attends another school such as Excel, North Cobb Christian, Darlington, etc? You will need to provide 3 proofs of residency. The list specific list of approved documents can be found by clicking here: Proof of Residency Acceptable Documents (must be dated within the calendar year)

What if my child is schooled at home? The same 3 proof rule applies for those players as well, by clicking on the link above, you can access the complete list in order to gather and copy the correct documents.
